Learn about farming from the comfort of your living room with Little Pizzeria! In this stunning AUGMENTED REALITY interactive experience, kids can learn where food comes from by growing tomatoes and making a yummy pizza with Sally and her pal Pizza Perry!
When Sally has trouble making her pizza taste just right, the player of this unique interactive experience will help her figure out how to make it better by asking for the advice of jolly old Pizza Perry. Once youve found a well-lit and flat space to play, we travel to Pizza Perrys farm, which appears on your phone/tablet as if in your real-life space. Pizza Perry teaches the player and Sally how to grow tomatoes in order to make the best tomato sauce, including them in the actions of planting seeds, watering, and harvesting. Ultimately, they move inside the house to turn the tomatoes into a pizza sauce and then make a scrumptious pizza with toppings selected specially by the player! How delicious!
In this experience, children read and respond to prompts by Sally and Pizza Perry, and are integral to the process of growing produce for one of their favorite foods. Children may be playing in a digital world, but they are connected to the real world through AR and the topic at hand. Dont blame us if everyone knows what they want for dinner afterwards!
